Marita was engaged as a consultant to undertake a complex review of a flagship Victorian cancer program designed to facilitate translational research. The review required working with a diverse group of stakeholders spanning government, not-for-profit and research organisations to assess governance mechanisms and recommend a sustainability model for optimising benefit to the Victorian cancer community.
In this role, Marita worked quickly and with a collaborative approach to assimilate a fair and transparent assessment of current governance arrangements, quickly identifying strengths and future opportunities.
