Marita was engaged as a consultant to undertake a complex review of a flagship Victorian cancer program designed to facilitate translational research. The review required working with a diverse group of stakeholders spanning government, not-for-profit and research organisations to assess governance mechanisms and recommend a sustainability model for optimising benefit to the Victorian cancer community.    

In this role, Marita worked quickly and with a collaborative approach to assimilate a fair and transparent assessment of current governance arrangements, quickly identifying strengths and future opportunities.  Marita was politically astute and worked with sensitivity and professional respect in gathering data and handing down recommendations in a timely and salient fashion.
